Every order placed through the Service, including installs, keyword installs, ratings and reviews, is paid for from your account balance, which you top up by card, PayPal or cryptocurrency.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where the target app does not comply with the policies of the relevant app store, where fraud is suspected, or where the order cannot technically be fulfilled.
Balances remain valid until used and do not expire, but are non-transferable between accounts except where we agree otherwise in writing.
9xen helps customers purchase app installs, keyword-targeted installs, app ratings and app reviews, delivered by genuine users on genuine devices. Delivery timelines, available countries and available quantities are subject to change based on platform availability.
We do not guarantee any specific ranking outcome, as rankings depend on factors outside our control, including changes made by Google and Apple to their ranking algorithms.
You confirm that you own the app submitted to the Service or have the right to market it, and that your use of the Service does not knowingly violate the terms of service of Google Play, the App Store, or applicable law.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of 9xen and its licensors. Our name, logo and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by 9xen. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites you visit through our Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing access to your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9xen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 9xen is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
